Ben Clarke is a Senior Associate based in Divaris Real Estate, Inc.’s Virginia Beach headquarters. Since entering the commercial real estate industry in 2020, he has specialized in retail landlord representation, with a focus on grocery-anchored shopping centers and strip centers across Southside Hampton Roads, Suffolk, Newport News, and Williamsburg. He works with local, regional, and national landlords, pairing strong market knowledge with a strategic approach to each assignment. Additionally, he continues to focus and expand on local and regional Tenant Rep business.
Prior to joining Divaris, Ben served as a retail broker with Colliers, where he worked on a wide range of landlord and tenant representation assignments. His experience includes representation work on behalf of Klein Enterprises, Washington Prime, Tabani Group, Cathcart Group, Cotswold Group, South Coast, Front Porch Cafe, Falling Prices, Celebree Schools, Inu Inu Ramen, GoodGood Studio, and Ghent Fit Personal Training.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hampden-Sydney College and an MBA from the College of William & Mary. He is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to further enhance his analytical and investment-oriented skill set.
