Chris Messersmith joined the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., as an Associate in September 2021. He specializes in Sales and Leasing for both Tenants and Landlords. Prior to Joining Divaris Real Estate, Inc., He brings with him three years of Commercial Real Estate experience, most recently with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
Chris graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Kornblau Real Estate Program, School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate. He is an active member of Grater Richmond Area Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) has been on the Programs Committee since 2017 and the Young Professional group since 2019.
