Beth has served as Director of Lease Administration for Divaris Property Management Corp since 1998. She manages all aspects of Lease Administration for a portfolio totaling over 11 million square feet. She leads our team of experienced Lease Analysts to ensure lease compliance and maximization of property value. Responsibilities include lease abstracts, audits, financial transactions, expense reconciliations and budgeting recovery. The department manages critical dates, options, leasing restrictions, use clauses, and occupancy. Beth oversees due diligence, Estoppels, closings, and new property transitions.
Prior to joining Divaris, Beth had 15 years prior real estate experience in management, leasing, and operations of office, retail, and resort properties. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from East Carolina University in North Carolina.
