Chrissy Price is a Senior Property Manager based in the Divaris Real Estate Roanoke office. With a focus on office and retail property management services for both landlords and tenants throughout the Roanoke area, Chrissy brings extensive knowledge and experience to her clients.
Chrissy has over 20 years of experience in the office, retail, and multifamily sectors of real estate. Prior to joining Divaris, Chrissy was a Senior Real Estate Manager with the Virginia Tech Foundation. Prior to that, she was Associate Director with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. In her role, she was responsible for the management of construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects in support of Virginia Tech and various clients, as well as property management of over 2 million square feet of retail and office space in the Southwest Virginia region.
Chrissy studied at Virginia Tech where she received a Bachelor of Science in Housing, Interior Design, and Resource Management. She has been active in many different associations and programs, such as IREM, where she received her Accredited Commercial Manager designation (ACoM) in 2018.
