Darlene serves as Vice President of Property Management Operations for Divaris Real Estate and oversees the operational aspects of Divaris Property Management Corp. while working alongside Property Management Services and Business Development and Strategy.
With over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Darlene brings a wealth of expertise to this role. Prior to rejoining Divaris, she was a partner and Vice President of Operations & Asset Management at Continental Capital Partners, where she managed the day-to-day operations, oversaw leasing, budgeting, and quality assurance, and specialized in due diligence for property acquisitions. She also ensured smooth cash flow management, developed asset management reports, and coordinated post-acquisition activities. In her former role at Divaris, she served as Senior Property Manager and then Assistant Director, managing 1.7 million square feet of office, medical office, and retail shopping centers.
Darlene holds a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and an RPA designation from the Bomi Institute. Her educational background and extensive industry experience make her a valuable asset to the Divaris team.
