Eileen is Senior Vice President of Divaris Real Estate’s Richmond, VA office. She has over 30 years of experience in the dynamic realm of commercial real estate in the Richmond market. Throughout her career, she has delved into the various facets of the industry, showcasing her expertise in divisional strategic planning/visioning, asset management, land development/entitlement, brokerage, construction and project management, acquisitions/dispositions and team leadership.
Prior to joining Divaris Real Estate in 2022 as a Project Manager for the DGS Team, Eileen led Luck Development Partners’ efforts and entitlement process with the master planning of Ni Village, a sustainable mixed-use development in Spotsylvania County. As a part of this process, she collaborated with leading design experts from around the country and Canada, and was introduced to the leaders of the National Academy of Environmental Design, a collaboration which allowed her to gain fresh and exceptional perspectives within the world of design.
Eileen is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in Marketing Management and holds her real estate salesperson license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
