Foster Dodd is a Transaction Coordinator in Divaris Real Estate, Inc.’s Virginia Beach headquarters. As part of the retail brokerage team, he supports leasing and sales across various property types, focusing on assisting both landlords and tenants throughout the Hampton Roads region. Foster brings analytical insight, market research capabilities, and a growing expertise in the retail sector to his role.
Foster works closely with senior members of the Virginia Beach retail team to provide clients and landlords with transactional support, in-depth market analysis, and strategic guidance. He is actively involved in site selection, prospecting, and contract negotiations, ensuring that both landlords and tenants are equipped with market-driven solutions tailored to their needs. His commitment to delivering exceptional service makes him an integral part of the team’s success.
Foster earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a Minor in Real Estate from the University of Virginia. While at UVA, he was an active member of the Virginia Undergraduate Real Estate Club, where he participated in case study projects and sharpened his skills in financial modeling for evaluating investment opportunities. He also served as the Philanthropy Chair for the Chi Phi Fraternity and engaged with the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE) as an intern to deepen his understanding of the industry.
