As Chief Human Resource Officer for Divaris, Gwen is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company, specifically in areas of succession planning, talent management, organizational and performance management, training and development and compensation.

In this role, she drives the company’s human capital management strategy – including succession planning, talent acquisition and development, organizational and performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development  and employee engagement programs – to support the company’s continued growth, innovation, and profitability.

Before joining Divaris in September 1999, Gwen handled the Human Resources Department operations for Metro Information Services, a publicly traded Information Technology firm for 11 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Administration from St. Leo University.  Gwen earned the certification Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute and the certification SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management.
