Tony Divaris serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Divaris Real Estate, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to his role.
Tony holds a Honors Bachelor of Accounting Science and is a Chartered Accountant licensed by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). He joined Divaris Real Estate in 2017, where he quickly became a driving force within the company, leveraging his skills to elevate both the organization and its team. Tony completed his Executive MBA from the College of William & Mary in 2022, finishing top of his cohort and inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
Tony’s strategic acumen and direct involvement have been instrumental in bolstering Divaris Real Estate’s presence, particularly in the Town Center of Virginia Beach where the company is headquartered. His contributions extend to various facets of the business, including office leasing, mergers, acquisitions, and team leadership. His successful recruitment of senior leaders, such as David Sutliff, a seasoned advisor from KPMG, exemplifies his skill in identifying and attracting top talent – a strength that continues to fuel the company’s sustained growth and organizational excellence.
Tony is an active member of the Virginia Beach business community, serving on the Executive Board of the Central Business District Association (CBDA) and the Advisory Board of Dollar Bank. Additionally, as a Board Member of Junior Achievement of Greater Hampton Roads, he contributes to preparing the next generation for financial literacy and career readiness.
As COO, Tony continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Divaris Real Estate. His exceptional leadership, dedication to community service, and strategic guidance have earned him recognition within the company and the industry at large.
Tony lives in Virginia Beach with his wife and two children.
