Logan is a Sales and Leasing Associate based in the Divaris Real Estate Charlotte, NC office. Logan specializes in retail leasing and sales as well as site selection for local, regional, and national retailers and developers. Logan also specializes in the convenience store industry, representing both landlords and tenants bringing a wealth of collaborative knowledge and experience to his clients.
In his position as a Sales and Leasing Associate, Logan works closely with seasoned members of the Divaris brokerage team to offer complete client representation, skillful negotiation of leases and sales agreements, and extensive market research throughout the Carolinas and Virginia markets.
Logan recently graduated from NC State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations and Supply Chain Management. He is also currently taking Real Estate Finance classes at UNCC part time to enhance his knowledge in the real estate industry and to provide exceptional service to his clients.
