As a Senior Property Manager for Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Randy Nolan oversees the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties including office and retail assets. His responsibilities include tenant and client relations, vendor and contractor coordination, property inspections, budget preparation, financial reporting, capital improvement oversight, and the management of tenant move-ins, move-outs, and build-outs. Randy also brings hands-on experience in contract negotiation, expense control, collections monitoring, and maintaining strong operational performance across a diverse range of properties.
Prior to joining Divaris, Randy served as Property Manager with Colliers International, where he oversaw approximately 400,000 square feet of office and industrial property. Earlier in his career, he held property management roles with The Salvation Army in Washington, D.C., and The Loughlin Management Group, Inc. in Annapolis, Maryland.
Randy earned his bachelor’s degree from George Mason University’s Costello College of Business.
