Shadi Ayyoubi serves as Vice President in the Washington, D.C. office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. With a focus on landlord and tenant representation throughout the D.C. metropolitan area, Shadi brings dynamic knowledge and experience to his clients.
Prior to joining Divaris Real Estate, Shadi worked for Costar Group where he gained an extensive working knowledge of business development within the ever-growing Commercial Real Estate industry. He then joined Long & Foster’s Commercial Division in 2020 as a Commercial Broker where he was responsible for sourcing new investment sales and leasing opportunities. Partnering with a variety of growing tenants and owners and fostering strong relationships in the industry, Shadi plays an active role in shaping the retail landscape in the DC market.
Shadi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and walking his dog Sullivan, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
