Shellie Dewar serves as a Senior Property Manager for Divaris Real Estate, where she oversees all aspects of property operations, from tenant relations and lease enforcement to vendor coordination and budgeting. Working closely with ownership groups and internal management teams, she ensures the seamless delivery of property management services across her portfolio.
With more than 25 years in the commercial real estate industry, including over 15 years dedicated to property management, Shellie brings a wealth of expertise in operations, tenant relations, financial oversight, and facilities management. Her career spans a diverse range of assets including life sciences buildings, medical and government-leased facilities, and large-scale office parks.
Before joining Divaris, Shellie held senior management positions at Cushman & Wakefield and The RMR Group, where she oversaw complex portfolios and directed initiatives in budgeting, construction oversight, CAM reconciliation, and financial forecasting. Her experience also includes managing multimillion-dollar capital improvement projects and coordinating with major state and federal tenants such as the U.S. Coast Guard and Old Dominion University, as well as private-sector clients including Sentara and Amazon.
