VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (February 6, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of three transactions totaling 43,861 square feet and seven acres of sold or leased commercial space in Virginia Beach and Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
Sale Transaction
Sealtron Holdings, LLC purchased a 40,000-square-foot industrial building on seven acres of land located at 100 Corporate Drive in Elizabeth City, NC from J.O.G. Development, LLC for $1,575,000. Operating as SAS Industries, the manufacturer of gaskets and seals intends to move its New Jersey facility to Elizabeth City. David Bickford represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
The property consists of approximately 33,500 square feet of manufacturing space, and 6,000 square feet of office space. It was formerly occupied by Blackwater (Academi) American security services training company.
Lease Transactions
Zenetex leased 2,071 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Windwood Centre located at 780 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. Vivian Turok and Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
World Class Realty leased 1,790 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased property located at 1206 Laskin Road in Virginia Beach. Vivian Turok and Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
