Elizabeth Napolitano joined Divaris Real Estate, Inc.’s corporate headquarters in Virginia Beach in 2012 as an executive assistant. She transitioned into brokerage in 2013, and is now a sales and leasing associate focusing on office and retail leasing and sale services for both Landlords and Tenants throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. She is a native of Hampton Roads, born and raised in Norfolk.

Elizabeth is responsible for the leasing of Fort Monroe, a decommissioned army base and National Historic Landmark comprising of approximately 800,000 square feet. Fort Monroe has more than 170 buildings remaining to be strategically re-used with mixed land uses and building types. Tenants she placed in Fort Monroe included: The Virginia Marine Resource Commission, Oozlefinch Brewery, Just Floored, Marine Systems Corporation, Mom’s Tot Spot and Liberty Source.

Elizabeth represents several tenants in their search for new offices, including: Virginia Eye Consultants, Coastal Plastic Surgery and R&S Podiatry. On the retail side, she has been responsible for the search for new store locations for tenants such as Altitude Trampoline Park, Cycle Bar, McAlister’s Deli, Gelati Celesti and Bishops Cut & Color.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Roanoke College and is a licensed Virginia Real Estate Salesperson.
