Town and Country Kennel, LLC sold a 7,208 square foot retail building on .29 acres located at 9780-9786 Fairfax Blvd. to DMN Enterprises LLC in Fairfax, VA for $1.57 million. Shadi Ayyoubi and Erik Ulsaker represented the seller.

TGW 1 South LLC sold 4.21 acres located at Halstead Exd and S. Tanglewood Parkway to RK Arlington LLC in Elizabeth City, NC for $885,000. Dave Redmond represented the Seller.
