SALES
KR&VP, LLC and Edinburgh, LLC sold 25,030 square feet of medical office space to Woodside Health Development, LLC located at 229 Hillcrest Parkway and 1533 Volvo Parkway in Chesapeake for an undisclosed amount. Jason Oliver, CCIM and Michael Divaris, SIOR represented the seller.
East Bay Landing LLC sold a 12,579 square-foot restaurant building on .85 acres to Morningstar Properties LLC located at 8180 Shore Drive in Norfolk for $3.8 million. Levi Thomson represented the seller.
LEASES
DecisionPoint leased 2,484 square feet of office space in The Offices at The Village at Shirlington located at 2700 S. Quincy St. in Arlington, VA. Bakh Safarov and Erik Ulsaker represented the landlord.
Carriage House leased 1,000 square feet of retail space located at 7483 Limestone Drive in Gainesville, VA. Shadi Ayyoubi and Erik Ulsaker represented the landlord.
