VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (March 24, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of three new leases for 5,817 square feet of retail space in the Town Center of Virginia Beach in the City’s Central Business District.
Lease Transactions
Merriment on Main, The Beaufort Bonnet Company Signature Store leased 1,830 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Town Center of Virginia Beach located at 4546 Main Street in Virginia Beach. Gerald Divaris, Erica Rorrer and Sezin Cortinas represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The upscale baby’s and children’s apparel retailer will operate from space formerly occupied by francesca’s, next door to California Pizza Kitchen in the Armada Hoffler tower block.
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa leased 2,675 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Columbus Village at Town Center located at 4485 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach. Gerald Divaris, Erica Rorrer and Sezin Cortinas represented the landlord and George Fox represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
European Wax leased 1,366 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Columbus Village at Town Center located at 4485 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach. Gerald Divaris, Erica Rorrer and Sezin Cortinas represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Hand & Stone and European Wax will operate next to CAVA Mezze Grill in newly constructed space created from the downsizing of Barnes and Noble Booksellers in Columbus Village at Town Center.
