VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (March 25, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of nine transactions totaling 29,492 square feet of new or renewed leases for commercial space throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia.

Old Navy leased 15,000 square feet of retail space in Settlers Market located at 4645 Casey Blvd. in Williamsburg, Va.  Mary McGovern represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.  McGovern represents Old Navy in its search for new sites throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia.  To date, she has secured five sites for Old Navy in prominent centers in the region’s major retail submarkets.

Therapeutic Alliance leased 3,637 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Windwood Centre located at 780 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach.  Vivian Turok and Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Vectrus Systems Corp. leased 2,810 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Northampton Executive Center located at 1300 Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach.   Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Pure Royal Finesse leased 2,050 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Academy Crossing located at 3244 Academy Ave. in Portsmouth, Va.   David Bickford represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Additional tenants in the center include LabCorp, LMS Medical Supplies, Fit Bodies, Gymboree and Rita’s Pizza.

Richard B. Campbell, PLC leased 1,835 square feet of office space in the Churchland Professional Center located at 3000 Tyre Neck Road in Portsmouth.   Vivian Turok and Casey Kimmel represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Domino’s leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Las Gaviotas Shopping Center located at 1245 Cedar Road in Chesapeake, Va.   George Fox and Kristopher Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in the Food Lion-anchored Las Gaviotas include:  Fitness 19, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Albano Cleaners and Plaza Azteca.

Stubborn Aquatics leased 1,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Oyster Point Plaza located at 11824 Fishing Point Drive in Newport News, Va.   George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.   Other tenants in the Food Lion-anchored Oyster Point Plaza include:  Starbucks, Bonefish Grill and Subway.

Lease Renewals

The UPS Store renewed its lease for 1,260 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Victory Crossing Shopping Center located at 4006 Victory Blvd. in Portsmouth.   George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in the Farm Fresh-anchored Victory Crossing include Lowe’s Home Improvement, Dollar Tree, Rainbow, GameStop, Pizza Hut, Metro PCS and Ashley Stewart.

WAVY-TV10 renewed its lease for rooftop space on the Divaris-leased and -managed One Columbus Center located at 283 Constitution Drive in the Town Center of Virginia Beach.  Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok and Krista Costa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
