CHARLOTTE, NC (June 11, 2020) – Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of eight lease transactions totaling 7,682 square feet of sold and new and renewed leases for retail space in North and South Carolina.

Sales Transactions

Capital Square Development, LLC purchased 1.32 acres of land located at 320 and 328 West South Street in Raleigh, NC from Victory Tabernacle Church of Raleigh, NC, Inc. for $4.2 million.  Zach Means represented the buyer in the negotiations.

Bruhl Chemical Trade, Inc. purchased a 1,500-square-foot office suite at 8819 University East in Charlotte, NC, from Gang Wu and Yue Xiong for $173,000.  Charles Neil and Logan Winslow represented the buyer in the negotiations.

Lease Transactions

Sun Collectors subleased 1,222 square feet of office space in ThExchange located at 5601 77 Center Drive in Charlotte.  Charles Neil and Logan Winslow represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Liberty Wireless of NC leased 1,200 square feet of Divaris-leased retail space located at 4203 1120 West Sugar Creek Road in Charlotte.   Charles Neil and Logan Winslow represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Harris Teeter leased space for a fuel center in Alexander Pointe located at 850 Jake Alexander Blvd. in Salisbury, NC.   Charles Neil represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Lease Renewals

Bravo Dance Academy renewed its lease for 1,507 square feet of retail space in Renaissance Square located at 11124 Renaissance Drive in Davidson, North Carolina.  Charles Neil and Cabell Sheild represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

T-Mobile South renewed its lease for 1,200 square feet in the Divaris-leased and -managed North Hampton Market located at 60150A Wade Hampton Blvd. in Taylors, South Carolina.  Charles Neil, Diana Teitsma and Logan Winslow represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in North Hampton Market include Hobby Lobby, Petsmart, Hibbet Sporting Goods, Dollar Tree, Mattress Firm, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Kay Jewelers, Wing Stop and Supercuts.

Score More Sports Collectibles renewed its lease for 1,052 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Harper Hill Commons located at 5049 Country Club Rd in Winston-Salem, NC.  Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in the Harris Teeter-anchored shopping center including 9 Round, Catha Karate, 18 Malaysia, 9 Round, State Farm Insurance and Elegant Tresses.
