TYSONS CORNER, VA (June 12, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of four transactions totaling 69,221 square feet of sold or leased retail and office space in the greater Washington, DC area.
Sale Transaction
Vikramaditya Railan purchased the 53,430-square-foot Boulevard Medical Center medical office building located 8301 Arlington Blvd. in Fairfax, Virginia from HSRE-CAPMED Fairfax PC, LLC for $4.6 million. Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the buyer in the transaction.
Lease Transactions
Nobel Learning Communities leased 11,500 square feet of retail space in Loudoun Station located at 43805 Central Station Drive in Ashburn, Va. Brandon Howard represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Stemtree of Lake Ridge leased 2,000 square feet of retail space located at 12371 Dillingham Square in Lake Ridge, Va. Robert Gray and Tony Thur represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Lease Renewal
Chipotle renewed its lease for 2,291 square feet of retail space in La Plata Village Square located at 105 Drury Drive in La Plata, Md. Joe Farina represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
