Lease Transactions

Coast Guard Exchange leased 22,000 square feet of retail space in Las Catalinas North Shopping Center located at 1506 Las Americas Expressway in Caguas, Puerto Rico.  Gerald Divaris represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Second Chance Thrift leased 11,084 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Lake Shores Plaza located at 5193 Shore Drive in Virginia Beach.  David Bickford represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in the Food Lion-anchored Lake Shores Plaza include Navy Federal Credit Union and Jade Garden. 

Burn Boot Camp leased 5,306 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Fairfield Shopping Center located at 5242 Fairfield Shopping Center in Virginia Beach.  Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.   Other tenants in the Food Lion-anchored Fairfield Shopping Center include T.J. Maxx, Rite Aid, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Papa John’s, Taylor’s Do It Center, Hallmark, CHKD Thrift and Verizon.

The Egg Bistro leased 3,726 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Haygood Shopping Center located at 1021 Independence Blvd. in Virginia Beach.  George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in the Harris Teeter- and Marshalls-anchored Haygood Shopping Center include Dollar Tree, Rite Aid, GNC, Great Clips, Anytime Fitness, Papa John’s, Tropical Smoothie and Chick-Fil-A.

Beach Chiropractic Center leased 2,068 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Corporate Landing Medical Center located at 1232 Perimeter Parkway in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

April Ryerson leased 1,250 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Larkspur Square located at 4700-4736 Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach.  Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

The Powder Room leased 1,098 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Elmhurst Square located at 5600 Portsmouth Blvd. in Portsmouth, Va.  George Fox and Caroline Zarpas represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.   Food Lion anchors Elmhurst Square.

The Hemp Post leased 1,080 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Roosevelt Gardens located at 2300 East Little Creek Road in Norfolk.   Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in the Save-A-Lot-anchored Roosevelt Gardens include Pizza Hut, Dunkin,’ Virginia ABC, Salvation Army, Hibbett Sports, Kool Smiles and Azalea Inn.

Brandon & Woo Hutchinson leased 880 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Princess Anne Executive Park located at 2397 Liberty Way in Virginia Beach.  Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Pfeiffer leased 697 square feet of office space in Convergence Center located at 200 Bendix Road in Virginia Beach.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Lease Renewals

Ultralife renewed its lease for 32,522 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Airport Business Center located at 1457 Miller Store Road in Virginia Beach.  Brian Devlin represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Dollar General renewed its lease for 6,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Diamond Springs North located at 1948 Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach.  Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  National Auto Care and Little Creek Service Center are also tenants in Diamond Springs North.

Five Guys renewed its lease for 4,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Fairfield Shopping Center located at 5242 Fairfield Shopping Center in Virginia Beach.  George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Grandbridge Real Estate Capital renewed its lease for 2,227 square feet of office space in the Dominion Tower Building located at 999 Waterside Drive in Norfolk.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
