Lease Renewal
Science Systems & Applications renewed its lease for 30,755 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Oxford Plaza located at 1 Enterprise Parkway in Hampton. Nicole Campbell and Brian Devlin represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Lease Transactions
RQ Construction leased 3,564 square feet of office space in Convergence Center V located at 200 Bendix Road in Virginia Beach Elizabeth Paasch represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Masala Craft leased 2,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Courthouse Commons located at 5231 Monticello Avenue in Williamsburg. Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Courthouse Commons is anchored by a strong performing Fresh Market and home to national retailers including Starbucks, AT&T, Pure Barre, Massage Luxe, and Great Clips.
The City of Virginia Beach leased 2,139 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased property located at 1206 Laskin Road in Virginia Beach. Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Floral Creations leased 1,850 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Berkshire Shoppes located at 1296 South Battlefield Boulevard in Chesapeake. Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Berkshire Shoppes include Peak Endurance, Allstate, Jazzercise and Pale Horse Coffee.
Serenity Wellness Center leased 1,796 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Poplar Hill Professional Center located at 4037 Taylor Road in Chesapeake. Elizabeth Napolitano and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Parlor House VB leased 1,680 square feet of retail space in Pacific Plaza located at 301 25th Street in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Haute Swimwear leased 1,650 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Airport South Business Center 6001 Miller Store Road in Norfolk. Casey Kimmel represented the tenant while Brian Devlin represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Freedom Title & Escrow leased 1,503 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Windwood Centre located at 780 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Angela R. De Los Santos leased 900 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Academy Crossing Shopping Center located at 3224 Academy Avenue in Portsmouth. David Bickford represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Academy Crossing is the home of the Momac Brewery, Leslie’s Pools and LabCorp.
