RICHMOND, VA (January 28, 2021) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of five transactions totaling 8,660 square feet of commercial properties sold or leased in Central Virginia.

Sales Transactions

Daniel E. Warren sold 4,300 square feet of office space located at 122 Agency Avenue in Richmond, Virginia to 122 Agency Avenue, LLC for $450,000.  John Madures represented the seller in the negotiations.

Lease Negotiations

Dispatch Health Management renewed its lease for 1,279 square feet and expanded by 1,067 square feet of office space at Forest Glen located at 7200 Glen Forest Drive in Richmond.  Loretta Cataldi represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Hospital Couriers Virginia renewed its lease for 1,114 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fountain Park located at 9327 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond.  Madeleine Alderman and Jimmy Cunneen represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Clatrina Monroe leased 900 square feet of Divaris-leased retail space located at 2320 Oaklawn Boulevard in Hopewell.  John Madues represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
