VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (May 28, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of three transactions totaling 30,523 square feet of new and renewed commercial leases in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
Lease Transactions
Valkyrie leased 29,448 square feet of office space in Park West located at 2877 Guardian Lane in Virginia Beach. Vivian Turok, Mary McGovern and Casey Kimmel represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Divaris has represented Valkyrie for over six years and has secured office and warehouse leases for the company in Virginia Beach and Fredericksburg, VA; San Diego, National City and Camarillo, California and Bremerton, WA.
Virginia Southeast Church of Christ leased 379 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fort Monroe Building 268 located at 102 Pratt St. in Fort Monroe, Va. Elizabeth Napolitano represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Lease Renewal
Innovative Vision Technologies renewed its lease for 696 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Oxford Plaza building located at 1 Enterprise Parkway in Hampton, Va. Brian Devlin represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
