RICHMOND, VA (November 17, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of five transactions totaling 110,195 square feet of commercial properties sold, leased or subleased in Central Virginia.
Sales Transaction
Stanley Martin Companies, LLC purchased 98,881 square feet of industrial space located at 1480- 1500 West Moore St. in Richmond from 1500 West Moore Street, LC for $4,000,000. Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the buyer in the transaction.
Lease Transactions
Kiewit Infrastructure South Co. leased 5,075 square feet of office space in The Park Building located at 4192-4194 Innslake Drive in Glen Allen. Brett McNamee represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Potro’s Mexican Restaurant subleased 2,713 square feet of retail space in Staples Mill Square located at 9074 Staples Mill Road in Henrico. Madeleine Alderman represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Cain & Valentine Wealth Management Group leased 1,866 square feet of Divaris-leased office space located at 5701 Patterson Ave. in Richmond. Cheryle Toy and Read Goode represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Studio D Yoga leased 1,660 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fountain Park located at 9321-9327 Midlothian Turnpike in Midlothian. Madeleine Alderman and Jimmy Cunneen represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
