RICHMOND, VA (July 8, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of four transactions totaling 8,276 square feet of new and renewed commercial leases in Central Virginia.
Lease Transactions
Foot Locker leased 4,505 square feet of retail space in the mixed-use conversion of Regency Square Mall located at 1420 Parham Road in Richmond. The existing Foot Locker in Regency Square will be relocated to an outward-facing store in the new lifestyle component that is under construction near Starbucks and First Watch. Erica Rorrer and Ali McCrickard represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Rorrer and McCrickard represent Foot Locker in its search for new sites throughout Hampton Roads, Richmond, Central and Southwestern Virginia.
HBA Architecture and Interior Design leased 1,371 square feet of office space in Libbie Mill -Midtown located at 5001 Libbie Mill East Blvd. in Richmond. Brett McNamee represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Advanced Technicians leased 400 square feet in the Divaris-leased first floor retail space in the American Heritage Apartments located at 9 South 10th St. in Richmond. Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Lease Renewal
Lillian Jean Cox-Richard renewed its lease for 2,000 square feet of Divaris-leased office space located at 709 Dawn St. in Richmond. John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
