Spirit Halloween leased 7,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed East Beach Marketplace located at 4027 East Little Creek Road in Norfolk.  Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.   Other tenants in the Food Lion-anchored East Beach Marketplace include Planet Fitness, Family Dollar, Sushi King, Bon Secours, Papa John’s, Jimmy John’s, Tropical Smoothie, Starbucks, Verizon and CVS Pharmacy.

Adaptive Aerospace Group leased 3,629 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Oxford Plaza located at 1 Enterprise Parkway in Hampton, Va.   Nicole Campbell and Brian Devlin represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

1865 Brewery Company leased 2,521 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased property located at 9 South Mallory Street in Hampton.   Missy Martinovich represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Wishing Well Counseling Center leased 2,040 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Popular Hill Professional Center located at 4037-4057 Taylor Road in Chesapeake, Va.   Elizabeth Napolitano and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Ion Solar leased 1,997 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased property located at 5700 Thurston Ave. in Virginia Beach.   Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Independent Plan Coordinators leased 1,573 square feet of office space located at 616 Village Drive in Virginia Beach.   Nicole Campbell and Krista Costa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in Divaris-leased and -managed East Beach Marketplace located at 4027 East Little Creek Road in Norfolk.  Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

C1 Vision Hair Studio leased 976 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased property located at 1789 London Bridge Road in Virginia Beach.   Nicole Campbell and Krista Costa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Woolpert renewed its lease for 11,259 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Independence Place located at 676 Independence Parkway in Chesapeake, Va.  Brian Devlin represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Marathon Consulting renewed its lease for 9,007 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Five Columbus Center located at 4525 Columbus St. in the Town Center of Virginia Beach.   Michael Divaris and Jason Oliver represented the landlord while Sezin Cortinas represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro renewed its lease for 7,005 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Town Center of Virginia Beach located at 4551 Virginia Beach Blvd.  Gerald Divaris, Erica Rorrer and Sezin Cortinas represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other restaurants in Town Center of Virginia Beach include:  Bravo Cucina Italiana, Cantina Loredo, The Cheesecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Tupelo Honey, and Yard House.

A-Tech Systems renewed its lease for 2,647 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Southport Trade Center located at 349 Southport Circle in Virginia Beach.   Vivian Turok and Elizabeth Napolitano represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

AMG National Trust Bank renewed its lease for 1,970 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Windwood Centre located at 780 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach.  Elizabeth Paasch represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Rock Bottom Golf renewed its lease for 1,801 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Harbour Breeze Professional Center located at 1500 Breezeport Way in Suffolk, Va.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

California Nails renewed its lease for 1,500 square feet of retail space in Divaris-leased and -managed East Beach Marketplace located at 4027 East Little Creek Road in Norfolk.  Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Discount Dry Cleaners renewed its lease for 1,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Oyster Point Plaza located at 300-350 Oyster Point Road in Newport News.  George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in the Food Lion-anchored center include Subway, Weighty Watchers, Starbucks, Bonefish Grill, Sherwin Williams, Edible Arrangements and Papa Murphy’s.

Pale Horse Coffee expanded its space in the Divaris-leased Berkshire Shops by 1,400 square feet of retail space located at 1296 South Battlefield Blvd. in Chesapeake, Va.   Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Casual Fun renewed its lease for 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Suffolk West Plaza located at 837 West Constance Road in Suffolk.  Caroline Zarpas and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in Suffolk West Plaza include Family Dollar, Virginia ABC, Pizza Hut, Metro PCS, Rent-A-Center, H&R Block, Direct Insurance and Hardee’s.

Dragon City renewed its lease for 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Academy Crossing Shopping Center located at 3208 Academy Ave. in Portsmouth, Va.   David Bickford represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Additional retailers in the center include Leslie’s Pool Supplies, LabCorp, LMS Medical Supplies, Fit Bodies, Gymboree and Rita’s Pizza.

Kappatal Cuts renewed its lease for 1,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Victory Crossing located at 4000 Victory Blvd. in Portsmouth.   George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.   Other tenants in the Farm Fresh-anchored Victory Crossing include Ashley Stewart, Juicy Seafood, SunTrust, Zero’s Subs, Metro PCS, UPS Store and Albano Cleaners.

Serenity Nails renewed its lease for 900 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Academy Crossing Shopping Center located at 3216 Academy Ave. in Portsmouth, Va.   David Bickford represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Hand & Stone Massage & Facial expanded its space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Columbus Village located at 4485 Virginia Beach Blvd. in the Town Center of Virginia Beach.   Hand & Stone will occupy 2,805 square feet of retail space next to CAVA Mezze Grill.   Gerald Divaris, Erica Rorrer and Sezin Cortinas represented the landlord and George Fox represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
