RICHMOND, VA (March 27, 2020) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of three transactions totaling 8,512 square feet of new commercial leases in Central Virginia.
Lease Transactions
Home Infusion Richmond leased 3,200 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fountain Park located at 9327 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond. Madeleine Alderman represented the landlord and Laikyn Severson represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Mr. Pepe Mexican Restaurant leased 3,007 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Woodlake Commons located at 7020 Woodlake Commons Loop in Midlothian, Va. Sara Goodall, Laikyn Severson and Madeleine Alderman represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Blue Raven Solar leased 2,305 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fountain Park located at 9327 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond. Laikyn Severson and Madeleine Alderman represented the landlord in the lease negotiations
