Lease Transactions

ASAP Tires leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space in the Northern Virginia Industrial Park located at 7400-7402 Lockport Place in Lorton, Virginia. The experienced technicians of ASAP Tires will come to you to install your tires at your home or office. Amit Grover represented the tenant in the lease transaction.

Old Line Bank renewed its lease for 3,251 square feet of retail space located at 1801 Rockville Pike in Rockville, Maryland. Joe Farina and Brandon Howard represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
