Aleah Cruz, Property Manager, assists the management of retail and office tenants at the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Aleah joined Divaris Property Management Corp in April 2020 as a Property Management Operations Coordinator on the Town Center Portfolio, and in 2021 she was promoted to Associate Property Manage. Her responsibilities include building maintenance, tenant relations, and providing monthly financial statements to the owner.
Before coming to Divaris, she was a Property Administrator for Thalhimer in Virginia Beach. She has recently become an IREM member and is working toward her Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designation.
Aleah holds an Associate of Science in Business Degree from Tidewater Community College
