As Senior Property Manager for Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Billy oversees property management for an extensive portfolio. Billy is responsible for the over-site of all property operations including preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, cash flows, projections, monthly reporting and general account services for the company and its clients.
Billy has over 15 years of experience in the management and operations of University, Residential, and Commercial properties. Prior to joining Divaris, Billy was the Director of Housing at Current Midtown Apartments, the first off-campus privately owned student housing complex catering to W&M students in Williamsburg, VA. In his role, he was responsible for the oversight of all Property Management operations in leasing, resident services, maintenance, and community.
Billy received a Doctor of Education in 2019 from Capella University specializing in community retention.
