Christina Cha, Assistant Vice President in the Washington, D.C. office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her extensive background in administration and management, coupled with expertise in leasing and sales with a focus on medical office space, positions her as a key asset to the team.
Prior to joining Divaris, Christina worked for Long & Foster’s Commercial Division, where she functioned as the brokerage administrator and marketing coordinator as well as developed new business relationships, provided client representation, and negotiated leases and sales contracts.
Christina studied at Daemen University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
