Laurie Flenner joined Divaris Property Management Corp. in March 2022 and brings over 30 years of commercial property management experience. She has extensive knowledge and experience in office, retail, mixed-use, warehouse/flex, government, and association management.
Currently Laurie oversees a portfolio of primarily retail and office properties for a variety of owners spread throughout the Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. metropolitan areas. Her duties include preparing annual budgets, monthly financial reports, tenant relations, vendor coordination, property inspections, and capital projects.
Prior to joining Divaris, Laurie was Senior Commercial Property Manager for The Loughlin Management Group, Inc. in Annapolis, MD. There she managed and oversaw 600,000 square feet of commercial property in Anne Arundel, Prince George, and Charles Counties, MD.
