During her 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Martinovich has focused on landlord and tenant representation in the Virginia Peninsula and Southside Hampton Roads region from Williamsburg to Virginia Beach. She has worked on the commercial and retail development and revitalization of neighborhoods including including Kiln Creek in Newport News/York County, Historic Phoebus in Hampton, Newtown in Williamsburg, and Wards Corner and Ghent in Norfolk, Va.
Her tenant representation list includes national and regional companies such as Pizza Hut, Regal Cinemas, Northrup Grumman, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Wireless Works/Metro PCS, Hauser’s Jewlers, Southern Maid Donuts, Meadows Frozen Custard, Mango Mango and Pho Grill. Missy has performed consulting services for investment groups on developments in Franklin, Tennessee, and held positions with Retail Advisors in Yorktown, Va., and Read Commercial Properties in Hampton, Va.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Christopher Newport University in Newport News.
