As Senior Property Manager for Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Peggy oversees the day-to-day asset and property management functions for a portfolio of commercial office and warehouse/industrial buildings situated throughout the greater Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. region. Her emphasis includes increasing the operating efficiency of buildings with the implementation and management of innovative asset management protocols, addressing the day-to-day needs of clients and increasing the value of assets for building owners and investors.
Peggy has over 19 years of diversified property management and real estate experience and has also worked in several positions with Divaris Real Estate and Divaris Property Management Corporation.
