Her emphasis includes increasing the operating efficiency of buildings with the implementation and management of innovative asset management protocols, addressing the day-to-day needs of clients and increasing the value of assets for building owners and investors.
Ms. Hernandez has more than 16 years of diversified property management and real estate experience and has also worked in several positions with Divaris Real Estate and Divaris Property Management Corporation.
