As a Senior Property Manager with 16 years of experience, Ronda joined the Divaris Property Management team in the Virginia Beach office in October of 2021. Her experience includes managing a portfolio of over 745,000 s.f. of property consisting of office buildings, retail centers and industrial buildings, negotiating contracts with vendors and supervision of build outs and tenant improvements as well as routine maintenance and security. Ronda is known for maintaining positive tenant relations and thoroughly addressing the needs and/or issues of tenants and owners.
Ronda received her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Virginia in Political Science and International Relations with a minor in Economics.
