Darcy Steinbrecher has been a senior property manager in the Charleston office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., since June 2020. Her responsibilities include managing over 200,000 square feet of commercial retail and office space in South Carolina.
Darcy brings to DPMC 16 years of experience in commercial property management. Her previous position was as a commercial property manager, managing over 1.3 million square feet of commercial retail, office, and industrial space for Colliers International. Darcy’s prior work experience includes property management for JLL, Spinoso Real Estate Group and Divaris Real Estate, Inc.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wingate University in Wingate, North Carolina. And is a licensed real estate agent in the state of South Carolina. Her community involvement includes serving the Ronald McDonald House, United Way and Lowcountry Food Bank.
