Tami joined Divaris Property Management Corp in 2021 and is Senior Property Manager. She brings many years’ experience in Real Estate Sales and Management in addition to Mortgage Financing.
Tami is responsible for all levels of property management performance for the Hampton Roads market. Her main role is to provide support and training for her team of managers in this market to ensure consistency and compliance across the portfolio. Tami’s focus is on providing high quality property management with consistent standards and procedures to ensure tenant retention and portfolio growth.
Originally from Upstate New York, Tami was the principal Broker for USA Properties/Realtors, a residential Real Estate Firm. In addition, she also was the founding owner of Greater Rochester Mortgage Corporation, a residential mortgage brokerage firm. Upon relocating to Virginia, she began her career in multi-family property management as a Regional Property Manager before transitioning to Commercial Property Management.
Tami is an active member of IREM Hampton Roads where she holds the designation of CPM®. A past member of the Executive Council where she held various positions including President for two consecutive years. She is a licensed Virginia Real Estate Broker and a member of Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate. She is affiliated with National Association of Realtors holding the GRI® designation.
