Lease Transactions

Adsync Technologies leased 60,262 square feet of warehouse space located at 5909 Thurston Ave. in Virginia Beach.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

City of Virginia Beach Public Works leased 20,437 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Oceana Center 1 located at 484 Viking Drive in Virginia Beach.  Brian Devlin represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

The Williamsburg Dental Group leased 5,118 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Office Space at Courthouse Green located at 4097 Ironbound Road in Williamsburg.  Karen Beale, SIOR represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group leased 1,760 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Corporate Landing Medical Center located at1232 Perimeter Parkway in Virginia Beach.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Simply Panache Products leased 1,148 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased property located at 23 South Mallory St. in Hampton.  Missy Martinovich represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Rayan Tobacco 3 leased 1,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed East Beach Marketplace located at 4027 East Little Creek Road in Norfolk.  Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.   Other tenants in the Food Lion-anchored East Beach Marketplace include: Planet Fitness, Family Dollar, Bon Secours, Papa John’s, Domino’s, Verizon, Tropical Smoothie, CVS Pharmacy, Jimmy John’s and Sushi King.

Lease Renewals

Rexel USA renewed its lease for 8,262 square feet of industrial space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Airport Business Center located at 1457 Miller Store Road in Virginia Beach.  Brian Devlin represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Access Law Group renewed its lease for 1,433 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Atlantic Union Bank Building 603 Pilot House Drive in Newport News.  Karen Beale, SIOR, represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
